If you've forgotten your Apple ID password, follow these methods to retrieve or reset it:
If you have a trusted iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can reset your password directly in Settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Password & Security > Change Password and follow the prompts.
If you can't access your trusted devices, use account recovery at iforgot.apple.com. This may take a few days as Apple verifies your identity to prevent unauthorized access.
